    Distilled in three steps in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim, in Ireland’s most rural west, this whiskey is a single batch that remains faithful to Irish tradition.

    Obtained from a blend of malted and unmalted barley, with the addition of BARRA variety oats, all cereals strictly of Irish origin. Unmalted barley gives a silky sensation when combined with Irish oats and creates an intriguing creaminess and spiciness. Aged in small casks of Sherry Oloroso & Kentucky Bourbon.

    The aroma of myrrh stands out on the nose, at the same time it is fresh, spicy and soft.

    It is advisable to let it rest for a few minutes after serving and the aromatic notes are perceived more widely.
