Mixer chooses the tastiest Italian ripe figs to give life to its puree concentrate: a precious ingredient to create unusual and intriguing cocktails. Try the combination with almonds and grappa or pair it with any dark spirit

The acidic taste makes lime the ideal ingredient for many cocktails and drinks: Caipirinha, Caipiroska, Daiquiri, Gimlet, and Mojito are just some of the most famous examples that demonstrate how this fruit can be combined with any alcohol base. Mixer lime puree can be used for batching with a dilution ratio of up to 1:6 for 7 liters of ready-to-use shelf stable lime juice.
