The peach already entices you with its intoxicating scent. It also has many beneficial properties: it is rich in minerals, it is purifying, diuretic and full of fibers. Since it has many vitamins and trace elements, in the East it was called the "fruit of immortality".
Very widespread in Italy as one of the most consumed summer fruits, Mixer creates its puree concentrate from ripe Italian peaches so as to always have them fresh all year round. There are numerous drinks in which it can be used, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Fresh and tasty pairing with vodka or gin.

Guava

Subtropical origin fruit, sweet and pleasant, some think it’s a hybrid between a pair and a strawberry.
In many countries, Guava is used in non-sweet cooking dishes and spice mixes. It is among the fruits richest in antioxidants and vitamin C. Its juice is so delicious that it is sometimes called the "nectar of the Gods".
This divine nectar is not easy to find in Italy, but thanks to Mixer it is always available. Only the tastiest ripe fruits from Brazil are selected to make our Mixer puree concentrate. Popular when served with rum or mixed with dragon fruit to make an exceptional punch.

This plant, with its juicy and colorful fruits, has become a symbol of adaptability and abundance in arid lands. Ancient Mediterranean peoples considered it a gift from nature due to its ability to thrive even in the harshest climates.
Mixer selects the ripest and sweetest prickly pears to create its Concentrated Pulp. A precious ingredient for exotic and refreshing cocktails. Try it in combination with lime and rum, or to give a Mediterranean twist to a classic margarita.

Yuzu

The most fragrant citrus.
Yuzu is widespread in China, Tibet, Japan, and Korea and unlike most other citrus fruits, it can withstand very cold temperatures. It is rich in vitamin C and polyphenols. It is very fragrant and it can be used both in the kitchen and in the beverage sector it works well with gin and to make fresh aromatic cocktails. Mixer makes Yuzu puree has a high percentage of real Yuzu juice in its product making it a great choice for Mixologists. Try it also blended with cold tea!
